Work
Deep in the technical side of an ERP rollout — the kind of project where the interesting problems only show up once real data starts flowing. I'm also carving out time to write more here about what actually makes these implementations succeed.
Running
Building base mileage for the autumn. Another of the Marathon Majors is on the horizon, and I'm treating the long Sunday runs as thinking time as much as training.
Reading & learning
Chipping away at a stack of books on systems thinking and a little more Portuguese, which I refuse to let go rusty.
